What you only notice when it breaks.

This is the least spectacular part of the job and the one whose failure costs the most. A store rarely dies of bad positioning: it dies of a payment module out of service for a week, of a domain that expired on a Saturday morning, or of a customer left six days without an answer.

Health check: the purchase journey replayed every day

The question is not “is the site responding”. It is “could a customer buy today”. So no monitoring of ours stops at pinging a home page: the full journey is replayed in a real browser — home page, category, product page, add to basket, basket — in the desktop version and in the mobile version. A site that returns a 200 with a broken add-to-basket button is commercially dead, and no conventional technical monitoring sees it.

  • The full journey — home page → category → product page → add to basket → basket, played end to end.
  • Desktop and mobile — both, separately. Most display failures only occur on one of the two.
  • Catalogue — an empty category, an unreachable product page, broken product images.
  • Price — a missing or aberrant price, the costliest case because it raises no technical alert at all.
  • Basket — an add that fails silently, a basket that does not update.
  • Mobile rendering — overflows and elements pushed off screen, which make buying impossible without anything being “in error”.
  • Placeholder copy — filler content left in production after an update.
  • Availability — an unreachable site or a blank page, with immediate alerting.

One failure is not another

Not every anomaly is handled at the same pace. A broken basket stops revenue the second it happens and is escalated immediately; a mobile overflow on a secondary page goes into the week's report. The order of priority is explicit, so that the urgent is never drowned in the cosmetic.

  • Blocking — the customer cannot buy: site down, broken basket, missing price. Handled immediately.
  • Major — the journey works but degrades: broken images, empty category, mobile overflow on a selling page.
  • Minor — cosmetic or off the purchase path: logged, handled in the normal flow.

Customer service

Pre-sales and after-sales, with no volume cap, on every channel and in the languages of your markets. Pre-sales is the part most stores neglect: answering someone hesitating between two products is often the sale that tips.

  • Channels — email, on-site chat, WhatsApp, and your social accounts.
  • Daily follow-up — the dominant topics of the day, first response time, the oldest message still unanswered, what remains open.
  • Pre-sales — purchase advice, product comparison, availability, lead times.
  • After-sales — order tracking, returns, exchanges, carrier disputes, refunds.
  • Languages — support is multilingual on every tier, at no extra cost.
  • Tone — defined with you at the start and documented, so replies sound like your brand rather than a call centre.

Order handling

We take over the back office. Order validation, passing work to suppliers or your fulfilment partner, shipment tracking, exception handling. You no longer open the admin on a Sunday evening to check everything shipped.

  • Order validation and checks, including fraudulent order detection.
  • Day-to-day supplier and fulfilment relationships.
  • Shipment tracking and proactive chasing of stuck parcels, before the customer complains.
  • Returns and exchanges handled end to end.
  • Unlimited volume on every tier — a good sales day doesn't cost you a surcharge.

Tooling integration

We connect and maintain the plumbing: e-commerce platform, payment methods, carriers, analytics, support and email tools. The hard part isn't the initial hookup, it's keeping it working — an integration silently drops after an update and nobody notices until next month's report.

  • Platforms — Shopify, Shopify Plus, PrestaShop, WooCommerce natively.
  • Payments — setup, real-world testing and continuous monitoring.
  • Carriers — labels, tracking, rate tables.
  • Measurement — verifying conversions are reported correctly, without which every decision after that is made blind.

Monthly reporting

A written document, on a rolling thirty days, aggregating nine chapters of activity into a verdict per theme: products, search, editorial, site health, finance, social, advertising, growth, support. Each chapter carries its verdict, its numbers, its notable facts, its warnings and its recommendations. Not a dashboard export — a reasoned read, including when the month was bad.

  • Nine chapters — product additions, search, blog, site health, finance, social networks, advertising, growth, support.
  • One verdict per chapter, not a pile of metrics for you to interpret yourself.
  • Measured results, set against the impact forecast the month before.
  • The warnings and the decisions to make, with our recommendation and what it implies.

Financial analysis

Revenue does not tell you whether you are making money. The calculation starts from the orders themselves — never from a third-party dashboard, which counts abandoned baskets and cancelled orders — then folds in your real cost prices, shipping, commissions and ad spend to give margin per product and per channel. Tracking is daily, with the previous day consolidated each morning.

  • Real margin per product and per collection, not the catalogue's theoretical margin.
  • Profitability per acquisition channel, ad spend included.
  • Detection of products that drive volume and destroy margin.
  • Effect of discounts and promo codes on the actual bottom line.

Accounting pack

From the Pro tier. Every month, the documents your accountant asks for are gathered, checked and ready. It's the chore that costs most merchants two days a quarter — and real money in fees when it lands in a mess. We prepare the file; keeping and certifying the books of course remains your accountant's work.

  • Monthly sales export, reconciled against what the payment processors actually settled — fees, refunds and chargebacks included.
  • Purchase, shipping, subscription and advertising invoices collected and filed.
  • VAT broken down by rate and destination country: the part that gets thorny the moment you sell outside your home market.
  • Stripe, PayPal and other processor statements reconciled line by line against orders.
  • A file delivered in the format your firm expects, not a raw export they'll bill you to clean up.

Newsletter

From the Pro tier. The email list is the only channel you genuinely own: it depends on no algorithm and no bid price. We build it, run it and monetise it, with follow-ups on the moments that matter. The tool is provided by our partner Peel and included in the tier at no extra cost — there is no separate email subscription for you to take out.

  • Regular campaigns aligned with your commercial calendar.
  • Triggered follow-ups: abandoned basket, browse without purchase, restock, order anniversary.
  • Subscriber-only offers, to give people a reason to stay subscribed.
  • Deliverability monitoring, so campaigns actually reach the inbox.

Conversion funnel optimisation

From the Pro tier. Winning visitors is expensive; converting more of them only costs work. We look at where people drop — product page, basket, shipping, payment — then fix it one hypothesis at a time, so we know what produced the effect.

  • Identifying the steps losing the most people, with the numbers behind it.
  • Fixes on product pages, basket and checkout.
  • Shipping costs shown early: the leading cause of basket abandonment is still the surprise at payment.
  • Systematic checks on mobile, where most of the traffic and the minority of conversions happen.

Software perks: up to €50k in discounts

From the Pro tier. A store runs fifteen-odd subscriptions — platform, email, support, analytics, no-code, hosting — and each one negotiates badly when you face the vendor alone. We give you access to a catalogue of over 950 negotiated discounts on market tools: access is opened to you and the discounts apply to your own accounts.

  • Over 950 discounts across the categories that matter: collaboration, email, no-code, development, marketing and search.
  • Tools you already use — Notion, Slack, Make, Webflow, Semrush, HubSpot, Brevo, AWS, MongoDB.
  • Subscriptions stay in your name: the discount applies to your accounts, not ours.
  • On a typical e-commerce stack, the annual saving often covers a meaningful share of the tier's fixed fee.

A named contact and a direct channel

From the Pro tier you get a named contact and a shared Slack channel with them. No tickets, no queue, no mandatory weekly call. On Starter, contact runs through the operations team and the monthly report: slower, and that is reflected in the price.

  • Someone who knows your store, not a switchboard reading a file.
  • Shared Slack channel with your team, replies during business hours.
  • Decisions and approvals in writing, so they are traceable.

Frequently asked questions

Is the health check really useful?+

It's the line that looks most trivial and prevents the dumbest outages. An expired domain, an unrenewed certificate or a broken payment module cost several days of revenue — for an incident that a few minutes of regular checking prevents.

Is customer service really unlimited?+

Yes, on all four tiers, in volume and in languages. A sales spike or a campaign that works triggers no surcharge. That's deliberate: billing per ticket would penalise you exactly when the store is doing well.

What's your response time?+

Under 4 hours during business hours on written channels. Urgent requests — blocked payment, order to amend before shipping — are handled first.

What happens if something breaks at night or at the weekend?+

Monitoring runs continuously and alerts immediately. Depending on the incident, we either fix it or reach you with the diagnosis and the decision to make.

Why aren't the funnel and Account Manager on Starter?+

Because they are the two lines that consume the most hands-on human time. Including them on Starter would raise the entry price for everyone. Moving to Pro opens both, and it's usually the main reason people move up.

Shall we look at your store together?

A 30-minute call: we audit where you stand and tell you honestly whether we can help.
