You own the store.
We run everything.
"Running a store" means seven very concrete things we do every week. This page breaks them down one by one, without jargon, with the exact volumes per tier.
Orders
Validation, supplier relations, shipping follow-up, carrier disputes, returns. You stop touching the back office unless you want to.
Customers
Pre-sales and after-sales, on every channel and in the languages of your markets. A tone defined with you, not a generic script.
Visibility
Organic search, editorial content, inbound links, social, paid. All the levers move in parallel, not one after the other.
Store health
Payments going through, stock consistent, integrations holding, invoices current. We watch, and we fix before you notice.
Seven levers, one page each.
Each has its own page: exactly what we do, at what cadence, and what it changes for the store.
Audit and fixes
Eighteen dimensions across five families, each instructed separately against your real data — with the fixes pushed to production straight after.
Monthly on Starter, weekly from Pro
Read the page →02Content and clusters
One pillar article and three to four supporting articles per cluster, interlinked, bylined by a named author and sourced.
1 to 8 clusters per month depending on tier
Read the page →03Backlinking
Ninja linking: placements chosen one by one, a semantic nest around each link, anonymous re-reads and stability checks at D+1, D+5 and D+30.
1 to 10 links per month depending on tier
Read the page →04Community management
Posting, stories, replies, monitoring and engagement across one to four networks, with gradual account ramp-up.
From 2 posts per week to daily
Read the page →05Paid advertising
Two distinct families: search (Google Shopping and Performance Max, Bing) and social (Pinterest, Meta). Read daily, budgets arbitrated weekly, go / no-go decision on a fixed deadline per network.
Included cap from €1k to €20k per month
Read the page →06B2B outreach
Outbound prospecting from dedicated, gradually warmed inboxes, to open reseller accounts and partnerships.
10 to 100 emails per day depending on tier
Read the page →07Store life
Everything that has to run without you thinking about it: customer service, orders, health checks, integrations, reporting, financial analysis, conversion funnel.
Continuous, with a written review every month

Frequently asked questions
What don't you do?+
We don't buy your stock, we don't sign supplier contracts on your behalf, and we don't change positioning or pricing without your agreement. We operate; you stay the owner and the decision-maker.
What stays with me?+
Everything that commits the brand: identity, range, pricing policy, supplier choices. The rest — daily execution — moves to us. In practice most of our clients spend 15 to 30 minutes a week on it.
How does the handover work?+
Free audit, then delegated access, shared channel setup and kickoff within ten days. We document what exists before touching anything, so we can roll back if needed.
What if I want to stop?+
One month's notice after the first three months. You get back the access, the documentation and everything produced — content, visuals, accounts, links. Nothing is held hostage.
Do you handle stores in my language?+
Customer support is multilingual and unlimited on every tier. For editorial content and social, we cover French, English, Spanish, German and Italian.
We start by looking.
A free written audit of your store within 72 hours. No commitment, and it's yours to keep even if we don't work together.
