1. Who processes your data
The data controller is LOUYS, a French simplified joint-stock company (SASU) with a share capital of EUR 5,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under SIREN 899 844 369 (EU VAT number FR33 899 844 369), with its registered office at 78 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France. LOUYS operates the website https://takemyshop.com/. President: Mrs. Magalie Safar. For any question about your data, write to contact@takemyshop.com.
2. Data we collect
We only collect the information strictly necessary to provide our services and manage the commercial relationship. Through the contact form (/contact and /en/contact): first name, last name, email, phone number, free-text message. Through the investor form (/contact-investir): first name, last name, email, phone number, expected ticket size, free-text message. Through the store-eligibility form (/eligibilite and /en/eligibility): first name, last name, email, phone number, store URL, platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.), approximate monthly revenue, free-text message. Technical data automatically collected during browsing: IP address, user agent, referer, advertising cookie identifiers (see section 7).
3. Why we process your data (purposes)
We process your data to respond to commercial requests, qualify your file (store eligibility for managed operations, investor fit), schedule a meeting, deliver the services you subscribed to, issue invoices, and manage the ongoing client relationship. We also measure the performance of our advertising campaigns (see section 7) in order to optimize our marketing investments.
4. Legal basis
The processing relies on (a) your explicit consent when you submit a form, (b) the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures taken at your request, (c) compliance with our legal obligations (invoicing, accounting), and (d) our legitimate interest in growing our business proportionately (audience measurement, fraud prevention).
5. Recipients of the data
Your data is accessible to the internal TakeMyShop team (sales, operations, accounting) strictly within the scope of their duties. We also rely on technical sub-processors bound by contract: Google LLC (Google Workspace, Apps Script that pipes form submissions to our qualification spreadsheets), Vercel Inc. (website hosting and serverless function execution), Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (advertising pixel and server-side Conversions API, see section 7), Stripe Payments Europe (payment processing for paid services). We never sell your data to third parties.
6. Transfers outside the European Union
Some sub-processors (Google, Vercel, Meta, Stripe) operate infrastructure located in the United States. Transfers are governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission and, where applicable, by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The sub-processors involved provide technical and organizational safeguards equivalent to those required by GDPR.
7. Cookies and tracking
The site uses the following cookies: (a) strictly necessary cookies (session preferences, security), (b) Google Tag Manager (container GTM-KWX6MMZ3) which orchestrates the loading of third-party tags, (c) Meta Pixel (ID 1639430630547642) which sets the _fbp and _fbc cookies to measure the performance of our Facebook and Instagram campaigns and enable off-site conversions. We also rely on the Meta Conversions API (CAPI) on the server side to harden measurement and deduplicate events (event_id parameter). You can block non-essential cookies through your browser settings, the Do Not Track header, or the Meta preferences tool (facebook.com/ads/preferences). Audience measurement is not exempt from consent under the French CNIL guidelines: if you decline, no third-party tags are loaded.
8. Retention periods
Form-submission data is retained for the time required to process your request and up to 3 years from the last contact for commercial prospecting (CNIL recommendation). Contractual data (active clients) is retained for the duration of the contract and then 10 years for accounting records (article L.123-22 of the French Commercial Code). IP addresses collected for audience measurement are stored in truncated form and never kept in clear text beyond 13 months. Cookies stored on your browser have a maximum lifespan of 13 months in line with CNIL guidelines.
9. Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the amended French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights: right of access, right of rectification, right of erasure, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object (in particular to commercial prospecting), and the right to set instructions about the fate of your data after your death. To exercise these rights, send an email to contact@takemyshop.com stating the purpose of your request. We reply within a maximum of 30 days. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL (3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, France - cnil.fr).
10. Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS (TLS encryption), with hardened security headers (X-Content-Type-Options, X-Frame-Options, Referrer-Policy, Permissions-Policy). Access to internal qualification tools is protected by strong authentication. Sensitive data is never transmitted in clear text.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect regulatory or technical changes. The last-updated date appears at the top of the page. For any substantial change affecting your rights, we will notify you by email when relevant.
